At CampfireFM, we've made it our mission to build a podcast community platform. As podcast nerds ourselves, we believe that communities around podcasts deserve their own home - and we're here to create it. For this mission, we're looking for a dedicated working student.

Your Tasks

  • Maintain and expand our Python-based backend

  • Support us in building our AI platform for analyzing and preparing podcast episodes

  • Review and correct automatically generated transcripts for further AI training

  • Analyze our platform's performance and help us develop our product further

  • Write and maintain Python tests for our platform (Unit, Integration, API)

  • Work closely with our development teams (Native App development teams and SaaS/Typescript team) to implement new features in a test-driven way

  • Support the analysis and quality assurance of podcast episodes

  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and scripts

Stellenanforderungen

  • You're a podcast nerd yourself and are well-versed in the German-speaking podcast landscape

  • You speak perfect German and very good English

  • You live in Berlin

  • You have knowledge of Python and ideally have worked with pytest, unittest or similar

  • You have experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering

  • Interest in web development (e.g., Django, REST-APIs) is a plus

  • You are proficient with Git and basic development workflows

  • You have excellent communication skills and show initiative in independently completing tasks

  • Bonus: Experience with Docker or CI/CD is helpful but not required
